Terms of use
Last updated: November 6, 2026
These terms apply to the Kanvo apps and to kanvoplayer.com. By using Kanvo you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Kanvo.
1. What Kanvo is
Kanvo is run by Aeosoft LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. It is a media player that plays playlists that you add yourself, using an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login from a provider of your choice.
Kanvo contains no channels, films, series or playlists. We don't sell, supply, host or recommend any content or content provider, and we are not affiliated with any.
2. Your playlists
You are responsible for the playlists you add and for having the right to watch what they contain. Don't use Kanvo with content that infringes anyone's copyright or breaks the law where you live.
We may block a device or account that we have good reason to believe is used to infringe copyright, for example after a valid notice (see section 6).
3. Trial and activation
Every new device can use Kanvo free for 7 days. After that, the device needs an activation: for one year, or for life.
An activation belongs to one device and can't be moved to another. "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer the Kanvo app for that type of device.
The current prices are shown at kanvoplayer.com/activate before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected by these terms.
4. Devices activated by a reseller
Some devices are activated by an independent reseller. The reseller sets its own prices and is your contact for renewal and support. Resellers are businesses we have approved; they are not our agents, and they don't supply content on our behalf.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of Kanvo or kanvoplayer.com.
- Don't copy, resell or modify the apps, except where the law allows it.
- Don't use Kanvo to distribute content to others.
6. Copyright notices and takedown
Kanvo stores no media, so we can't remove content from the servers it comes from. What we can do is block the Kanvo devices and reseller accounts involved, and we do so when we receive a valid notice.
Send notices to legal@kanvoplayer.com. Please include:
- the work you hold the rights to, and proof that you hold them or act for the rights holder;
- what you believe infringes it: for example a playlist address, a device code shown in the app, or a reseller's name;
- your name, address and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
We reply within 5 working days. We permanently block devices and resellers that are the subject of repeated valid notices.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Kanvo running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or work with every playlist, provider or device. Whether a stream plays depends on its provider.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for content you play with Kanvo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Changes and ending
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we announce it on kanvoplayer.com before it takes effect. You can stop using Kanvo at any time.
We may end access for a device or account that breaks these terms.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can also take a dispute to the courts there.
