Questions, answered
Does Kanvo include channels?
No. Kanvo is a player only. It has no channels, films, series or playlists of its own, and we don't sell or recommend any provider. You add a playlist you already have.
Which playlists work with Kanvo?
M3U and M3U8 links, and Xtream Codes logins (server, username and password). The TV guide and catch-up come from your provider, where they offer them.
How do I add my playlist?
Open Kanvo on your device. Scan the QR code with your phone, or go to kanvoplayer.com/playlist and type in the device code shown in the app. You can add, change or remove playlists there at any time.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial lasts 7 days on each device. After that, you can activate the device for a year or for life on this site. Both are single payments; nothing renews automatically.
Can I use one activation on several devices?
An activation belongs to one device. Every TV, phone, tablet or computer you use Kanvo on has its own trial and activation.
Is my playlist login safe?
Playlist links and logins are stored encrypted. What you watch, your favourites and your settings stay on your device; we never see them. Read more in our privacy policy.
I'm a reseller. Can I work with Kanvo?
